Abstract |
In article contemporary foreign practice of wineries architectural design is considered. It includes actual trends of architectural design and construction. The specifics of evolution of architecture of the wine-making facilities, concerning questions of town-planning placement, the solution of masterplans, general configuration of facilities, volume planning and constructive decisions are considered. The general tendencies of design of non-productive and auxiliary spaces are considered. Classification and the main characteristics of the most widespread nonproductive spaces: wine-tasting complexes, hotels, catering spaces. Experience of design of auxiliary and non-productive spaces on the example of tasting complexes in details is considered. Examples of design of a corporate style of the wine-producer on the basis of the architectural and art image of the enterprise are illustrated.
