Article ARCHITECTURE OF CONTEMPORARY WINERIES

Abstract In article contemporary foreign practice of wineries architectural design is considered. It includes actual trends of architectural design and construction. The specifics of evolution of architecture of the wine-making facilities, concerning questions of town-planning placement, the solution of masterplans, general configuration of facilities, volume planning and constructive decisions are considered. The general tendencies of design of non-productive and auxiliary spaces are considered. Classification and the main characteristics of the most widespread nonproductive spaces: wine-tasting complexes, hotels, catering spaces. Experience of design of auxiliary and non-productive spaces on the example of tasting complexes in details is considered. Examples of design of a corporate style of the wine-producer on the basis of the architectural and art image of the enterprise are illustrated.
