Article	TRANSFORMATION OF IDEA: FROM "THE IDEAL CITY" TO "THE CITY OF THE FUTURE"

Abstract	Article considers the main historical stages of formation of ideas of the ideal cities, and also transition from "the ideal cities" to "the cities of the future". The main reasons for this transformation are established, and the periods of the XX century when "the cities of the future" endured the blossoming are defined. The characteristic features distinguishing "the ideal cities" from "the cities of the future" as from the point of view of structure, and shape in general are revealed and designated.
