Abstract |
The article considers concepts “Right to the city” emergence and evolution. Author researches the problems of interaction between civil society and the authorities in the "matrix" of the urban environment, social and legal aspects of this right and brings attention to the issue of the importance of understanding civil and other rights of the individual in the scale of the city. A potentiality of this conception for city planning improving is being showed on specific examples. Also author shows this themes significance and emphasizes necessity of further developments in this field implementation and the practical application of this concept.
