Article PRINCIPLES OF FORMING OF ARCHITECTURE OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY FACILITIES ON THE SOUTH OF RUSSIA

Abstract In article actual problems and tendencies of construction and architecture of the food industry on territory of Krasnodar region are considered. Irregularity of development of the food industry on subsectors is considered. The author specified major factors and the regional features influencing design of industrial buildings. The principles which are, according to the author, important for new construction on region territories, including concerning formations of a corporate style of productions and the author's architecture, yet not received reflections in domestic experience are formulated. Foreign experience of design and actual tendencies of development of architecture of one of leading branches of food productions the wine-making industry is considered.
