THE CHARACTERS OF SETTLING AT ARCHITECTURAL SPATIAL STRUCTURE SOUTH-EAST PART OF MOSCOW REGION

The objects of this thesis are character features of settling at spatial structure south-east part of Moscow region. At this work designated problem issue of the day of the agglomeration development. Thesis include regularity evolution analyze of settling south-east direction of Moscow region and its contemporary architectural spatial structure. The defining role is played by features of the spatial organization of local systems of settling. Further in article local systems of settling of the southeast, the basic functional and planning elements are considered. At this work reveal the basic planning elements of settling, discriminated from different stage of the beginnings: settlements, cities and towns, road network, ecology elements, population. As a result, the main features and some problems of the modern planning organization of systems of settling are reflected. Determine the direction of settled development and foundations architectural spatial structure for organization functional space, transport infrastructure, ecological balance. Therefore complex their studying allows to define the sustainable development, both in the southeast direction, and in all territory of the Moscow region that, in turn, has essential impact on an agglomeration form as a whole.
