URBAN FACTORS JUSTIFY THE RECONSTRUCTION OF OBJECTS

Abstract
The article lists the major urban factors, which are used in the methods of study of reconstruction of historic complexes located in the city.
Also presented formulas and tables for calculating the above factors. With the high dynamics of change in an urban environment and the existing deficit of territorial resources, reconstruction of historical complexes become a necessity and requires careful study of all the factors of influence.
With the proposed method can determine the most "attractive" in terms of reconstruction, historical object, a device which will not only contribute to the preservation of cultural values, but also the development of the tourism segment, increase the level of economic development and sustainable urban environment. After conducting this research compiled maps of differentiation in the city for urban development factors.
