Abstract
In the given article the topical issues of the Moscow hotel sphere development are investigated, the necessity of economy class hotels net development (including capsular hotels (microhotels) which aren't correlated to Russian regulatory base) is considered. In this regard it is offered to add existing typology of hotels with the class "0". The analysis of social and economic requirements to the architectural organization of hotels of economy class "0" are formed as a result of the migratory and pendular movements of the population analysis and author's sociological poll. As a result of the conducted researches is established, that introduction of hotels of economy class "0" (including and for long-term hiring) will expand a segment of the budgetary tourism and will significantly facilitate the problems with road and transport situation.
