Article CLASSIFICATION OF MULTI-STOREY PARKING GARAGES IN THE BIG CITIES

Abstract The presents a new multi-storey parking garages extended classification as multifunctional structures. Multi-storey parking garages is considered as multifunctional building in which besides the storage and maintenance of passenger cars can be organized cultural and community features for car owners. The paper describes and proposes classification of multi- storey parking garages in the big cities for major architectural and planning features: by accomodation in the city structure; by the number of functions; by in relation to the ground; by on the container; by planners storage areas; by the method of construction; by the number of stories; by the duration of storage; by functional purpose; by for a constructive solution; by the type of walling; by a method for intercommunication displacement; by the engineering equipment.
