Article THE PRINCIPLES OF AXIOLOGICAL (VALUABLE) APPROACH IN FORMATION OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND THE PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT

Abstract In article basic provisions of use of axiological (valuable) approach to formation of industrial facilities in the direction of increasing of humanity of the production environment and influence on moral representations of society are stated. The essence of axiological approach as methodological basis of formation of industrial facilities consists in projection of system of human values on architectural and spatial, planning and composition decisions.

The paper describes the principles of axiological approach. The author offers the term "laborotsentrizm" to indicate the direction in design of a humane working environment, where the centre and the main value is the person – the worker.

Axiological (valuable) design consists in supporting already existing values and to satisfy need for them by means of architectural and planning decisions and receptions, and also to create the most favourable conditions for emergence desirable, but for the present not reached, values and new types of the vital benefits.
