| Abstract | The article is devoted to creativity of outstanding artist avant-gardist Alexander Vasilyevich Shevchenko.
Blossoming of his creativity fell on the 20th years of the XX-th century, the time of changes and reconsideration of art’s role and aims. Creation the Neo - primitiveness - the new direction in painting and in art as a whole became A.V. Shevchenko contribution. The main feature of the Neo - primitiveness is not only the unique artistic principles focused on using ALL world experience, but also an assumption of possibility of using in painting famous image or a fragment or a quote (a picture, history, a sign, etc.) instantly to call the viewer on conversation within the offered subject, to submerge in specify context, and then to give a new vision of the events, but on the scale of the general, world position. Thus, come out a dialogue between the artist and the viewer where the last turned into a participant, involved to the general, global understanding of the set problem or search of this understanding. |
