Article STRUCTURE OF EVIDENTIAL BASE OF SYSTEMS OF ECOLOGICAL CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT OF SUSTAINABILITY OF BUILDINGS

Abstract Problems of formation of evidential base of systems of ecological certification and assessment of sustainable building are actual. They include international political, market and economic, standard legal aspects, and also a design and creative component and the principles of carrying out an assessment and audit on these systems in practice. In this regard in article attempt of the analysis of some questions connected with functioning of systems of an assessment of ecosustainability of buildings depending on structure of their evidential base, including regulations from different spheres of design activity is made.

As objects for comparison the federal system of an assessment of sustainability of building in Germany (Bewertungssystem fuer nachhaltiges Bauen) and system of categories and the criteria were chosen, offered the state standard GOST R 54954-2012 domestic standard by results of the analysis drew conclusions on opportunities and needs for improvement of evidential base of considered systems and ways of their development.
