| Abstract |
Actual problems of storage of personal motor transport in Russia and abroad, ways and methods of their decision are considered. Historical and modern practice of construction of garages: ways of movement of the car in garage; economic validity of construction of different type of garages, their constructive decisions and elements are analyzed. The special attention is paid to the mechanized garages, as to objects which can be integrated with houses and by that to solve a problem of shortage of parking spaces in the modern material and spatial environment.
