Article IDENTIFICATION OF RELATIONSHIPS OF MODERN DESIGN EXPERIENCE OF ECO- SETTLEMENTS, ECO- REGIONS, ECO- CITY FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS IN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract The deterioration of the environment leads to the creation of new types of city-making eco- settlement, eco- regions, the eco-city. The rapid development of the environmental certification of buildings determines the need to identify the role of environmental standards in the formation of urban spaces with a view to improving their requirements and reduce anthropogenic pressures on the ecosystem. Projects and existing eco- settlement, eco- regions and eco-cities in the modern domestic and foreign urban planning practices are analyzed by the author on the eligibility of international environmental standards in construction. Major environmental events in eco-settlement, eco-regions, eco-cities are not counted in sections of international environmental standards defined. Engineering and technical areas of the environmental certification is identified. Recommendations for improving the environmental standards in the formation of sustainable architectural urban space given.
