Abstract	A low level for lack of landscape organization of urban areas has been a key problem encountered by Russian developers as they try to create conditions of reasonable comfort and amenities for city dwellers. The present graduation thesis outlines some of the main tried and tested principles of shaping the landscape of urban sites with a view to creating townscapes that blend in with the town planning organization of particular urban spaces. The consistent practical application of these principles makes it possible to organize the landscape of urban spaces and create comfortable living conditions for city dwellers.
