| Abstract |
The author of article tells about bad condition of the street and road network in micro districts of mass construction of Moscow's 1965-1985. In the article there are historical analyze of experience of planning and development micro districts in western cities. Also the author gives us means for increase of the coherence and availability of the micro district’s territory. This is a reduction residential blocks's sizes by construction of new residential streets. Article contains factors of the forming street and road network. Based on the factors have been proposed principles for the planning and development micro districts of Moscow's 1965-1985.
