Abstract | The paper studies the history of the so-called bogus or illusory techniques in architecture (from Lat. Illusio - error). Master of Architecture at all times regarded as their goal not only the organization of the environment of human activity, but also tried to surprise and delight his creation, both contemporaries and future generations.
