Abstract | The purpose of article, as well as two previous, consideration of an opportunity of creation
of the artificial environment and preservation of same territory natural in borders is. However if
in previous articles the author made a start from a habitat and described architectural object in
landscape categories the given section is devoted to the artificial environment, to architectural
object, and an opportunity of its change (deformation).
The purpose of research is to find ways of organizing the built environment can maintain visual integrity of the natural environment in the form of cultural and natural landscape. Necessity of research is dictated Russia developed in territory by a situation: qualitative change before untouched most beautiful landscapes of Russia, including protected historical and cultural reserves. Especially appreciable harm to a natural landscape is rendered with the elements of an anthropogenous origin sharply breaking its composite integrity. We shall name this phenomenon сontamination natural landscapes anthropogenous dust. Contamination landscapes - one of obvious negative characteristics of district. Territorial methods of protection historical and cultural reserves till now have no adequate legislative maintenance and practically are not used by the state bodies of protection of objects of a heritage which are guided by separate monuments, instead of on territorial complexes. |
