| Abstract |
The article raises the theme of formation of recommended design solutions of the attached medico-social establishments available to low-mobile groups of the population in standard houses in St. Petersburg at their reconstruction and major maintenance rises. Results of author's research on development of decisions of the medico-social centers recommended for repeated application as a part of the standard houses meeting modern requirements of the current legislation and normative documents, taking into account climatic and social and economic features of St. Petersburg are presented. The concept of formation of space-planning structure of medico-social object on the basis of system of functional blocks is offered.
