| Abstract |
In the article the condition of the existing road and transport situation in Moscow is analyzed, the
transport - logistic processes in Moscow and adjoining territories are investigated, the question of
an urgency of objects development of roadside service, including small hotels of economy class is
considered. Average schedules of Moscow roads load are made, according to which the main
temporary and situational regularities are read out. As a result of the carried-out researches the
general requirements of recommendatory character for street road network optimization in the
conditions of Moscow and adjoining territories are established; requirements to creation of
economy class small hotels system are formed; the town-planning model of economy class small
hotels placement is offered.
