| Abstract |
Buildings of territorial administrations of special economic zones (hereinafter it is referred to as SEZ) are an integral part of their administrative and business infrastructure.
Because of the absence of demands in native normative literature being put forward towards such buildings author have considered it necessary to conduct conformable research, resting on the advanced experiment of building of SEZ of industrial and productive type on the territory of Lipetsk region. Conducted analysis of analogous buildings on the territory of other regions of Russia has allowed to establish typical features of their internal organization. Using findings, the block diagram of functional and planning interconnections of placement of buildings of territorial administrations of SEZ and also the scheme of organization structure of management company has been made. Requirements to individual groups of placement and their technological equipment are resulted in this article. Results of the research can be used in the practice as a result of recommendations for designing. |
