Article	SEASONAL DWELLING IN TERRITORY OF VOLGOGRAD AND THE VOLGOGRAD REGION

Abstract	In the article questions of placing seasonal dwelling in territory of Volgograd and the Volgograd region are considered. The quantitative analysis of an arrangement of seasonal building in territory of region’s various areas is carried out. The question of communication of this kind of building with a city infrastructure, transport availability is studied. Classification of areas of seasonal dwelling from the point of affinity this buildings and city farmstead dwelling is spent. The analysis of modern areas of seasonal building, their position concerning a city and communication with a city infrastructure, has allowed to spend their classification by the signs set forth above about their suitability for renovation and quantitative definition of necessary changes. The areas in which transformation is impossible for some reasons, first of all, an ecological aspect are revealed.
