Article	SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF NECHERNOZEM RURAL AREAS AND TYPOLOGY

Abstract	Sustainable development of nechernozem rural areas are considered in the light of typology approach. A universal criterion of sustainable development of “Nechernozem” rural areas settlements can be a structural - functional unity of the triad: “nature-population- household”. The triad “nature–population-economy” can be defined as “antropogeocenosis” (according to the definition made by V.P. Alekseev). The internal interfaced functioning of “antropogeocenosis” is possible only with understanding the role of all its components in structural and functional unity. Such understanding could be achieved by town-planners working out a technique of qualitative (typological) characteristic of the territory. Working out the spatial typology of rural settlements and their territorial groupings on the basis of structural and functional unity of “antropogeocenosis” can become a basis for developing a special software product. The given software product appears to provide the solution of problems on an optimum at research, designing, management of functioning and development of territorial town-planning systems taking into consideration the ecological stability.
