Abstract | In the global context the soviet architecture of the 1930-s released a variety of neoclassical flows and the dominance of pre-revolutionary masters, representatives of neoclassicism. Reproduction of the classic characters has a goal to surpass the achievements of the past. To win in the competition between Moscow and architectural capitals of Europe and the United States in 1930-s allows exactly the work in classical order. In the late 1920-s becomes noticeable a retrospective taste of the state, the only customer, favored A. Shchusev and I. Zholtovsky, V. Shuko and I. Fomin. In the first half of 1930-s the art deco processing of architectural forms (innovative professional trend, witch has arisen in the pre-revolutionary architecture) opposed the classical processing, as the implementation requirements "to learn the classical heritage". The article analyzes the historical origins of simplification and coarsening of an order, as well as spatial and decorative characters of Rome and St. Petersburg in the soviet architecture of the 1930-s. | ||||
