Abstract |
The article describes the features of architectural drawing in postdigital age. After having stated the formation of a sketch as a primary medium of reflection and visualisation for the architect of the Renaissance, the transformation of its role in contemporary architecture is investigated. The conclusion is drawn that a new conception of a digital sketch has emerged. Therefore the development of computer sketching tools is analysed.
