Abstract | The article is based on research conducted in 2010 by the CPD “URBANISTIKA” attached to MARCHI. (RFFI project № 09-06-13536 «ARCHITECTURE of AUTONOMOUS URBAN COMPLEXES). Forecasting, planning and programming of autonomous urban complexes is based on systematization of analytical and forecasting materials regarding compact, attractive settlements. “Eco-polis, eco-villages, eco-homes” will be able to process nearly all of its waste, electricity will be produced by wind turbines, solar panels and biofuels; hydrogen fuel cells and solar energy will be used in transport systems, “organic” farms and parks, built in natural surroundings. The study of such experiences is extremely important for a new paradigm of urbanization based on the compatibility with the biosphere, and globalization of culture. | ||||
