Article	PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF URBAN GUIDELINES IN IRANIAN TOWN-PLANNING PROJECTS THROUGH COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF WORLD EXPERIENCES

Abstract	Town-planning projects have been created for good development of cities of Iran more or less for fourty years ago. Though they were useful for functional zoning of territories and the regulation of the areas for some cities in Iran, but these town-planning projects had some unsolvable problems which have not allowed receiving desirable result. In the given research have tried to show, why processes of development of town-planning plans for the cities of Iran have not been carried out completely. The basic direction of the decision of the present problem use of expertise and the statement of projects of development of cities by means of comparison of the world town-planning experience is represented. Studying of urban design guideline, methods of expertise and the statement of town-planning projects on development of cities in the different countries of the world shows that despite of essential distinctions, it is possible to use of successful world experience for the effective methods of carrying out of expertise in Iran. Studying of foreign experiences gives the chance to improve not only gain strategy of designing guideline of the Iranian town-planning projects, but also tactics of decision making of specific targets.
