Article THE ANALYSIS OF HISTORICAL AND MODERN EXPERIENCE OF BUILDING OF HOUSES ON PILES IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL WARMING

Abstract The offered article is devoted to a problem of influence of global warming on flooding in the world and in Russia with the account of the analysis of the statistical data on flooding over the last ten years. The historical experience of building of houses near water and on water in Russia with modern pile decisions is considered. The modern pile decisions which can find application in flooding zones in the nearest future instead of traditional methods of struggle against annual floods of the rivers and flooding of private houses are introduced.

The real decisions which can affect further methods of struggle against water are offered. The new method of reconstruction of old houses near water is considered, which can reduce the risk for a life of people at an emergency situation of flooding. This method can lower probable financial expenses for a recovery work.

The given research is rather actual in the author's opinion, because it considers existing kinds of building of houses on piles showing their advantages and lacks. The new constructive decisions which will allow to resist more effectively floods of the rivers, without putting a material damage to houses and psychological traumas to people are offered. The existing decisions of dangerous situations on the rivers and lakes in Russia do not bring effective results, because about thousand houses appear in a flooding zone every year. The author considers that it is necessary to change the approach of erection of houses in dangerous areas, and to make reconstruction with application of new constructive decisions and building materials.
