Article THE METHODS FOR FORMING THE ARCHITECTURAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE PARKING STRUCTURE

Abstract The proposed article is devoted to consideration of methods for forming the architectural environment in the parking structure of multi-storey high-rise residential centers. In the author's view it is very timely, as today, in practice there is no clearly defined positions, as well as what methods should have formed the architectural environment parking. The existing rules, MGSN, SNIP prescribed only the necessary rules that guarantee the safety of buildings, but not its quality external aesthetic perception.

Based on the analysis of advanced Western and Russian examples of the organization of the architectural environment in the parking structure high-rise multifunctional residential centers, the article suggested the necessary methods of forming, for each type of parking alone.

Methods of forming architectural environment parking divided into three components: architectural planning, engineering and design. For each component is characterized by a concrete solution.

In the literature provides some regulations that must be used, including for the solution to this problem.
