 ñòàòüå ðàñêðûâàåòñÿ îäèí èç àñïåêòîâ ðàçâèòèÿ òåððèòîðèé, ïðèëåãàþùèõ ê ñòàíöèÿì Ìîñêîâñêîãî öåíòðàëüíîãî êîëüöà (ÌÖÊ) ‑ èíòåãðàöèÿ èõ â öåëüíóþ ãîðîäñêóþ òêàíü ïîñðåäñòâîì óëó÷øåíèÿ òðàíñïîðòíîé äîñòóïíîñòè. Îòäåëüíîå âíèìàíèå óäåëåíî ïðîáëåìå èíòåãðàöèè ïåðåñàäîê ñ ÌÖÊ íà äðóãèå âèäû òðàíñïîðòà è ïðåäëîæåíû ñïîñîáû åå ðåøåíèÿ. Ïðåäëîæåíà êîíöåïöèÿ «àëüòåðíàòèâíîãî êàðêàñà» îáùåñòâåííîãî òðàíñïîðòà äëÿ Ìîñêâû, ðàçãðóæàþùåãî ìåòðî â öåëåñîîáðàçíûõ äëÿ ýòîãî ñëó÷àÿõ. Íà îñíîâå åâðîïåéñêîãî è ìèðîâîãî îïûòà âûðàáîòàíû óíèêàëüíûå ïðèíöèïû îáóñòðîéñòâà ïåðåñàäîê ñ ÌÖÊ íà îñòàëüíîé ãîðîäñêîé òðàíñïîðò: ïðèíöèï óñòîé÷èâîé ìîáèëüíîñòè, ñìåùåíèÿ ïðèîðèòåòîâ ïåðåñàäîê, àëüòåðíàòèâíîãî òðàíñïîðòíîãî êàðêàñà. Ïðèíöèïû âîïëîùåíû â êîíêðåòíûõ ìîäåëÿõ êàê äëÿ âñåõ ñòàíöèé êîëüöà â îáùåì, òàê è äëÿ êàæäîãî òèïà â îòäåëüíîñòè.
