Article TECHNIQUES OF MODERN THEATRE TRANSFORMATION

Abstract The article considers and analyzes the main techniques of spatial theatrical transformation in the context of the development of the architecture of the modern theater. As an example of the most successful model of theatrical transformation application, the concept of a modern transformable hall of the Black box type which provides ample opportunities for the implementation of Director's plans, is presented. The philosophy of the transformable hall is the quintessence of all the main trends in the development of scenography, so it is widely used in the design and construction of modern theater spaces.
