Article PECULIARITIES OF NATURAL RESEARCHES OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND LANDSCAPE ORGANIZATION OF THE CITY OF ZHOU SH AN IN CHINA

Abstract The article deals with the principles of field studies for the architectural and landscape organization on the Zhoushan islands in China based on the modern methods. Specific climatic and geographical conditions of the islands located in the East China Sea are revealed. Town-planning analysis of the relief and coastal territory is carried out using digital technologies and computer modeling. The unique architectural style of stone buildings with curved roofs is presented as the main attractive architectural and aesthetic feature of Chinese architecture. The main problems of improving the landscape architecture on the Chinese islands are proposed. Principles and recommendations to improve the architectural and landscape organization on the Zhoushan islands are given.
