Article	ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN AND NATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND EXPLOITATION OF WELLNESS CENTRES

Abstract	The article considers the concept of Wellness center and defines the functional composition of this type of facility. Preconditions of development and features of formation of architecture of buildings of wellness centers in different countries of the world taking into account a ratio of a rating of urbanization and percent of the urban population are revealed. The features of design, construction and operation of wellness centers in Russia, the USA, India, South Korea, Australia, China, Canada, Japan, the European Union, Latin America and Africa are analyzed. The national features of the location in the urban environment, the class of service, the method of integration into the urban environment, the presence of green spaces, functional blocks, the prevailing functional scheme. Five main tendency of development of the Wellness centers are defined.
