Abstract	In article manor houses of Penza region are available. Some complex analysis of characteristic features is given. The special attention is paid to the research of main building architecture. So we have any more information about history, culture and architecture of the province heritage. This information may be useful for Penza region Committee “Protection of historical and cultural heritage.
