Article	Diversity of ideas about the «modernity» CONCEPT IN domestic architecture of the 20-21st centuries

Abstract	The concept of «modernity» connects the past, the present and the future. The key is the action that unites the movement of time. It gives shape to the problem field of research. Its purpose is to reveal how creativity in architecture depends on the author's interpretation of the term «modernity». Creative concepts in the architecture of the 20th and 21st centuries are considered as a dialogue between the requirements of culture and opportunities provided at each stage of the civilization «ladder». An attempt is made to construct a spatial model of coexistence in the dynamics of the common time of interests and aspirations into the past, the present and the future.
