Article COMPOSITIONAL TECHNIQUES OF APARTMENT ORGANIZATION IN CONVERSION OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

Abstract The article presents a hypothesis of scientific research to conversion of industrial buildings for mixed-use housing. Studies indicates a research of Russian scientists and author’s typology. Typology includes light-colored houses, houses with light guides, houses with light-aeration shaft, houses with courtyards, houses with atriums. The main part explains a compositional techniques of apartment organization in deep buildings. The apartments divides into classical apartment, studio-loft, pencil-box, suites.
