Article FUNCTIONAL AND PLANNING ORGANIZATION OF INSTITUTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND UPBRINGING AT THE PLACE OF RESIDENCE

Abstract The purpose of the article is justification of revival and development of institutions for additional education and upbringing of children and teenagers directly at the place of residence. Attention is paid to the historical retrospective analysis, including the Soviet period up to the end of the last century when club work with children and teenagers was carried out also on the basis of residential houses and has reached its highest indicators. Return to the available and open forms of the club work as close as possible to the place of residence will promote not only to training and social education, but also to awakening and development of early professional skills in younger generation. Functional planning solutions are developed and the nomenclature of the main zones and rooms built in the first floors of mass series of houses is defined depending on their constructive system taking into account requirements of technological process that makes undoubted novelty and value of the scientific contribution.
