Abstract	Industrial heritage is currently seen as one of the most substantive resources that determines socio-economic and cultural development of the Russian regions. Algorithm of industrial heritage adjustment considering investment appeal of a facility in rural areas was developed. Integrated, focused on profitability of the project scoring system for evaluation of efficiency of industrial heritage adjustment on criteria was proposed.
