Article SUBJECTS OF ARCHITECTURAL AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Authors I. Topchiy, Moscow Institute of Architecture (State Academy), Moscow, Russia
Abstract The article is devoted to legislatively specified and actual list of sublects involved to architectural activity and their role in architectural design. Russian legislation defines the number of architectural activity participants, pointing out areas of responsibility between professional authorities (by the architects, landscape architects, urban planners and other participants of architectural teams) and non-professional participants − representatives citizens and local neighbourhoods. Social conflicts provoked by projects implementation shows the lack of the legal regulation of this issue. In the article possibility of reducing the risk of social conflict by increasing inter-professional and public-professional communication in the process of projects design and implementation is discussed.
Keywords: Architectural activity subjects, social collaboration in architecture, multidisciplinary collaboration, additional architectural education
