| Abstract |
Authors of the article generalized most of available best practices of designing and construction of buildings for the pre-school education institutions. On the basis of this analysis the main conceptual approaches to the designing in relation with Russian conditions were pointed out. Considering successful experience of the European countries, the possibility of implementation of innovative technologies and modular construction of new type educational institutions is considered. Besides, in this article the possibility of use of "open space" and its transformation are discussed. Examples of the modular construction principles practical use are presented.
