Article	IVAN KOROBOV AND THE FEATURES OF BAROQUE STYLE IN ARCHITECTURE OF ANNA'S REIGN

Abstract	The problem of the style genesis of Russian architecture in the late 1720s - early 1740s is still not fully understood. In the overall picture of the architectural development of that time the prominent place is taken by the works of masters, that were educated in European countries (Italy and the Netherlands) as Peter I fellowship holders. The article examines the period of study in the Netherlands one of Peter's fellow, Ivan Korobov, his student drawings and architectural designs. His work alow to more specifically trace the mechanism of penetration of the forms of Dutch architecture in the Russian architecture of the 1720-1740's - the early Baroque period prior to take-off time of creativity of F. Rastrelli.
