Article	INDIVIDUAL HOUSING CONSTRUCTION IN THE CITY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF VOLGOGRAD)

Abstract	The offered article is devoted to individual housing construction in a city (on example of Volgograd). Questions of building of farmstead houses during the period since 1940 to present are considered. Changes in the approach to a lay-out of areas, sites and constructions are traced; changes connected with the building base, applied building materials; perfection of engineering networks and equipment. The separate attention is given to socially-psychological features of individual housing construction and housing construction basically. The comparative analysis of perception is carried out by inhabitants of various kinds of city dwelling. Changes events in city farmstead building for last 60 years and a current state of city farmstead building are considered.
