| Abstract |
The article “Informational Provision of Urban-planning in France” is devoted to the analysis of modern methods used in France and also to the condition of informational provision of town-planning activity and precisely to institutional structures, substantial filling of the process, examples of electronic database (terminological (multilinguistic), text retrieval (of general information), thematic (on new cities, reconstructions and renovations and other thematic directions)) and also examples on databank on town-planning. The analysis proves, the experience of France in the sphere of informational provision of town-planning allows to invent an instrument for design and governing of processes of spacial development on the basis of monitoring of scoring system and consolidation of informational and science base, it also allows to provide availability, system, comprehensive character of informational sources, continuity of development of scientific knowledge on town-planning. Study of such an experience is of primary importance for our country considering the shift of Russian economics to the innovative way of development and formation of a new paradigm of town-planning activity, which will be based on introduction and appliance of modern informational technologies.
