| Abstract |
The article is devoted to such a complicated question, as the part of a client in architecture, at the example of the delightful buildings of the period of modernist style in the towns of Gorokhovec and Rybinsk.
The flight of fantasy, the knowledge in the field of material culture, the sense of the present time, good breeding – these are the features of the “consumer” of art of that period. High level of pretensions of the client causes surprise and respect. The results of collaboration of the architect and client, understanding and mutual support we can see in the numerous little masterpieces of the modernist style, spread all over Russia. |
