Abstract |
Information obtained from archaeological excavations states that, Persia was inhabited from time immemorial. According to scientific classification of historians, Persia was divided into five satraps, each of which consisted of several major cities.
These five satraps from the north-west to south-east stretched required fields territories: 1- Satrap Aragan, 2- Satrap Shapur, 3- Satrap Ardashir chora, the capital of Shiraz, 4- Satrap Istakhr and 5- Satrap Darabgerd. City of Shiraz was built in 654 A.C, in the same structural form of other ancient cities of Persia. |
